Another fact that you may not know is that most hotels and online vacation package companies already include in their advertised prices the commissions that are earned by a Travel Professional when they help you plan your trip.  So when you choose to book your vacation directly with one of these companies they simply "pocket" those commissions, and then let YOU do all of the work.
